We are delighted to share the exciting news that children at Walton Montessori have now begun weekly swimming lessons at our sister school, Danesfield Manor School, using their fantastic on-site pool facilities.
Swimming is not only a fun and engaging activity – it is also a vital life skill. Introducing children to water confidence and basic swimming techniques at an early age lays the foundation for a lifetime of safety, fitness, and enjoyment. Our programme is delivered by experienced instructors in a safe and supportive environment, tailored to the needs of our youngest learners.
This new initiative also marks a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the relationship between Walton Montessori and Danesfield Manor School. As part of the Inspired Learning Group, nurseries and schools within the group work closely together to offer enriching experiences beyond the classroom. The shared use of resources and collaboration between settings reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality, holistic education.
We look forward to seeing our children grow in confidence and ability as they take to the water – and to developing even stronger links with our sister schools in the months ahead.
